Every stone is shown as it truly is. We share detailed photos and videos of each piece, because honest expectations make happy customers.

We kindly request you to record a short unboxing video when your stone arrives - it keeps you protected and lets us make things right right away.

To request a return, contact us by email at info@fiveonegems.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
