About us. FiveOneGems is a gemstone business based in Bangkok, Thailand (JB3B85, Jewelry Trade Center, Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500). We sell natural coloured gemstones - sapphires, rubies, emeralds and spinels - each stone one of one.

Products. Every stone is natural and is shown with detailed photos and videos so you know exactly what you are buying. Weights, dimensions and any treatments (such as heating) are stated on each product page. Because each stone is unique, the exact stone shown is the one you receive.

Prices and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed in error, including pricing errors.

Orders. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a stone has already sold or cannot be shipped, we will refund you in full.

Returns. Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy: returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the product received is not as described.

Shipping. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information and to use the site lawfully.

Intellectual property. All content on this site - photographs, videos, text and design - belongs to FiveOneGems and may not be used without permission.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiveOneGems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
